Dolce & Gabbana

A creative agency approached us to address a challenge with their influencer-style ad for Dolce & Gabbana’s Fresh Skin Collection. The talent had experienced a skin breakout during filming, creating dark spots that weren’t ideal for a beauty product ad. The agency asked us to remove these blemishes while preserving the natural aesthetic that was central to this type of ad.

Our solution combined multiple post-production techniques: face-tracking to follow the talent’s face, rotoscoping to allow the product (eye patches) and the talent’s hand to be unaffected, skin retouching, and color correction. This approach allowed us to seamlessly remove the spots while maintaining the genuine, unfiltered look the campaign required.
